Indian company Mivi launched its new soundbar Mivi Fort S300 in India. This soundbar is the successor of the previous year’s Mivi Fort S200 soundbar. Mivi Fort S300 comes with a separate subwoofer. The price of Fort S300 is 11,999 Indian rupees and users can buy this soundbar from Flipkart and Mivi’s official site.

Design:
Mivi Fort S300’s design is similar to its previous version but its size is a little bigger. Apart from a soundbar, you get a subwoofer and remote in the box, and a one-year warranty card. The body of this soundbar is built with a plastic and metal frame with a glossy finish. In front, you get to see the company logo and LED light indicator, which gives information about modes. Also, the woofer has the logo on the front. This soundbar only comes in a black colour variant.
Along with the soundbar and woofer, a rubber stand support is also available at the bottom, so that they do not slip from their place and the gripping is good. Build quality is good. All ports are found at the back of the soundbar. This time a big change has been seen in the subwoofer.
The woofer in the Mivi Fort S200 soundbar had no button and no power source, but the subwoofer in the Mivi Fort S300 soundbar also had a power connection and a button for pairing, along with an LED light. Both the soundbar and the subwoofer require a power connection to be used.
Performance:
Mivi Fort S300 has a total audio output is 300W. This is a 2.1 CH soundbar system and you get four drivers. Fort S300 also comes with the support of the remote, and the also comes in the box. From the remote, you can customize its equalizer, modes change, and volume control.

For connectivity, apart from AUX with Mivi Fort S300, Bluetooth, Coaxial, USB, OPT, and HDMI TV are supported. The Mivi Fort S300 supports up to 32 GB memory card or a pen drive, which means you can enjoy MP3 and WAV audio on this soundbar even with a pen drive of up to 32 GB.
As far as sound is concerned, if you have a Mivi Fort S300 soundbar then you will not need any home theater system. Its subwoofer is awesome. 50% volume is sufficient if used in a medium size hall. The walls start to vibrate at 100% volume. Along with this, audio codec SBC is also available. There is no problem with connectivity but it does not connect like the Mivi Fort S200 Soundbar.

In the Fort S200, the woofer and soundbar were connected via a wire, but the Mivi Fort S300 soundbar had wireless connectivity. If you want to use the Mivi Fort S300 with a TV, you will need to pair both the woofer and the soundbar. Apart from this, you can also connect the woofer to the soundbar by pressing the power button on the soundbar twice. Now overall, Mivi Fort S300 will be called a good and powerful soundbar in its price.
